Bitia developed for a leading industrial group a vertical solution that integrates Cost Deployment and People Development processes and interfaces with the ERP system. We support the customer with the application maintenance and roll-out of the solution, which is used by more than 30,000 employees worldwide in 50 plants and departments in the EMEA-NAFTA-LATAM-APAC region. In the area of production efficiency, we have also developed a system which, by comparing the hours of presence/absence Vs. production hours, calculates the efficiency index of the teams. The solutions described are the result of the functional and technical heritage gained through years of experience in WCM and can be integrated with our Industry 4.0 and ‘Lean Factory’ solutions for the automation of the process of loss collection and calculation of OEE efficiency on production lines.
