The scheme, promoted by the Piedmont Region and managed by Unioncamere Piemonte, provides grants for micro, small and medium-sized enterprises based in Piedmont. Depending on company size, the grant covers from 50% to 65% of eligible costs, up to a maximum of €25,000 per company; increases are available where the conditions set out in the call are met.
The technology scope is broad and allows projects in many different areas to be assessed, including:
- Management systems, ERP and CRM
- Business process automation
- Artificial Intelligence and Data Analytics, including for document automation, predictive analytics and quality control
- Cloud and Cybersecurity
- Application integration and EDI
- Logistics, geolocation and fleet management
- Internet of Things and interconnected sensors
- Advanced robotics, 3D printing and augmented or virtual reality
- E-commerce, when linked to another technology covered by the call
This scope makes it possible to start from very different project needs: the first step is understanding how to turn the idea into a project consistent with the areas and conditions of the scheme.

- Preliminary check: we analyse your project idea to assess its eligibility, also checking the prerequisites set out in the call. One point to check straight away is whether the company received a grant in the previous editions of the Voucher Digitalizzazione PMI 2023 or 2024, which rules out participation in this edition.
- Project definition and design: we structure the technology project, identifying the most suitable architectures and solutions.
- Support in submitting the application: together with our consultants specialised in subsidised finance, we assist you in preparing and submitting the formal documentation.

Plan your project ahead of the October deadlines
Documentation can be uploaded in advance from 12 October 2026 on the ReStart platform. Applications can be submitted from 11:00 on 22 October 2026. These dates provide a concrete reference for defining the project, preparing quotes and checking the required documentation.
